How does syncing work?
CVE sources are automatically synced every 6 hours. "Operational" means a recent sync with new data (or a normal short pause, below threshold). "Quiet" means the source hasn't published anything new in a while, but the upstream source itself doesn't appear to have anything new either — a normal lull (e.g. a weekend), not a problem. "Delayed" means the upstream source appears to have published something we haven't picked up yet. "Outage" means the last sync attempt failed outright.
